How do I reset my password and what are the password requirements?

I have timed out of the Candidate Assessment twice – why am I not eligible for an immediate reset?

Oversees the engineering, maintenance and cleaning activities for a large number of employees in multiple physical facilities. Supervises staff engaged in cleaning and maintaining the physical plants and grounds. Ensures that the physical plants are efficiently operated and maintained in a manner conducive to student learning. Six years of full-time, paid, technical experience in the operation and maintenance of a public or industrial building or complex of buildings, four years of which have been at the Building Engineer Group III level or higher
Six years of full-time, paid, technical experience in all aspects of the operation and maintenance of a public or industrial building or complex of buildings, four years of which must have included the supervision of employees engaged in the maintenance and operation of HVAC systems in buildings or complexes or
Six years of full-time, paid, technical experience in a trade, two years of which must have included the supervision of journeyman level trades people engaged in maintaining a large public building or complex of buildings.
Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques employed in the operation and maintenance of a large complex of public or industrial buildings.
Demonstrated knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable to the maintenance of public or industrial buildings.
Demonstrated knowledge of the occupational hazards and the safety standards applicable to the maintenance of public or industrial buildings.
Demonstrated knowledge of the practices and methods employed in implementing a program of building and equipment maintenance and repair.
Demonstrated knowledge of supervisory methods and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to use computer applications including Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Word.
Ability to ensure that staff provides the highest level of customer service.
Ability to coordinate multiple requests for projects and prioritize work orders.
Ability to explain technical details of the school and district wide master plans.
Ability to report to principals on the status of work orders.
Ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of staff.
Ability to receive, utilize and provide corrective action and constructive criticism.
Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
