    Position Summary:

    In the absence of the regular employee, the Substitute Food Service Assistant is responsible for assisting with the preparation and service of nutritious and attractive meals in a pleasant, efficient manner.  Dishwashing and clean-up, as well as cashiering and record keeping may also be included along with other duties as assigned.
