SUMMARY Primary Role and Purpose:
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Manager. Implements procedures to ensure efficient communication and coordination of operations and services to the school district. This position demands day-to-day administrative duties, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to detail.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Responsible for the District office phones, fax, scanner, and printer
• Welcome visitors to the district office
• Will handle a wide range of administrative and executive supportive related tasks
• Assist HR Manager with Benefit Enrollment and entering benefits
• Reconcile HR employee benefit invoices
• Recruitment – post job opening, attend job fairs
• Will need to know how to work independently with little or no supervision
• Responsible for Supervisor calendar events and meetings
• Responsible for preparing board meeting packets
• Scan board meeting packets to district server, to include agendas, minutes and resolutions
• Prepare paperwork for travel arrangements and reimbursements for supervisor
• Responsible for the upkeep of personnel records
• Scan all personnel documents
• Responsible for New Hire process such as paperwork, fingerprinting and scanning documents
• Responsible for record keeping of new hire/volunteer applications
• Handle confidential records materials with great discretion
• Keep up with Professional Development spreadsheet
• Process Volunteer criminal background checks
• Prepare birthday list and distribute birthday cards
• Performs other duties as assigned
