The Chillicothe City Schools prepare respectful, responsible, productive citizens for the 21st century global community.   With nearly 3,000 students and 190 certificated staff member, the Chillicothe City School District is the largest and most diverse district in Ross County. Chillicothe City School District is Ohio’s first Leader in Me school.  We offer over 45 AP and Honors courses in our state of the art High School and have fully integrated a 1:1 initiative, issuing a Google Chrome book to all of our nearly 1,000 high school students.  Our seniors earned over $8 million in scholarships last year, alone.
