Our Commitment to Diversity

At the Syracuse City School District, we believe it’s in the interest of both students and the public to have a staff which is highly qualified and effective in performing the duties assigned to them, and which contains a healthy diversity of personal backgrounds. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. This means we are committed to providing equal access to all categories of employment, regardless of actual or perceived race, color, national origin, creed or religion, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or expression, disability or any other legally protected category under federal, state or local law.
